Context
These materials were created by MDHHS and Civilla to train 5,000 state workers for the rollout of the new MDHHS-1171 assistance application in January 2018. Training was delivered through a "train-the-trainer" model - with 200 field staff utilizing the following content to facilitate in-person experiences in their local offices. The videos on this website were designed to deliver consistent core content across offices.
